Do I need any martial arts experience?
No experience needed. This seminar is designed for everyday people, not fighters.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothing - shorts or sweats, t-shirt, athletic shoes. No jeans.
What age can sons attend?
Sons ages 16 and up can attend with the 'Bring a Son FREE' offer. For safety and content reasons we do not allow anyone under 16 at this seminar.
Can I bring a younger son or daughter?
Not to this particular seminar. The material covers carjacking countermeasures and adult-level self-defense scenarios, so we require every attendee to be 16 or older. For younger kids, please ask us about our regular youth and leadership programs.
How physical is this seminar?
Moderately physical. You'll practice techniques with partners, but everything is controlled and safe.
I'm not in great shape - can I still participate?
Absolutely. Effective self-defense doesn't require being an athlete. We teach techniques that work for all fitness levels.
